Manufacturer methods of seamless tube
According to the production methods,it can be divided into hot tube, cold rolling, cold drawing tube, pipe extrusion etc..
1)Hot rolled seamless pipe in general is produced on the automatic pipe rolling mill. After checking and clearing the surface defects of solid tube embryo, cut into required length, center on the perforation end and then sent to a heating furnace, in punch. Continue to rotate and advance when perforating, in the roll and immediate action, tube gradually form a cavity, called capillary. Sent to the automatic tube rolling machine to continue rolling. Finally, reeling the wall thickness and sizing by machines to meet requirement of specification .Production of continuous rolling mill of seamless tube is a more advanced method.

2)In order to obtain smaller size and better quality of seamless tube,better adopt cold rolling, cold drawing or combined. Cold rolling is usually carried out on the two roll mill while cold drawing was usually in the 0.5 ~ 100T single chain or double chain drawbench.
3)Extrusion method refers to putting the heated tube embryo in a closed extrusion cylinder, the perforated bar and extrusion rod move together, so that the extruding part is extruded from the smaller die hole. This method can produce smaller diameter steel tube.
